| The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the By-Laws are documents you should have received upon purchasing your lot or home in Oak Ford Golf Club subdivision. These and the Board of Directors-approved Policies are legally binding documents between The Oak Ford Golf Club Owners Association and each member (you) to which all parties must abide by. Our restrictions assure owners of certain minimum standards for land use, architectural design and property maintenance throughout the community. They also provide for your membership in the Oak Ford Golf Club Owners Association and establish a mechanism for the operation of the association on a daily basis.
