For those not so familiar with our community, Oak Ford is located in eastern Sarasota County on Florida's West Coast. It is skirted by lakes and luscious woodlands. The focus of Oak Ford's design is open space in a natural setting. Connecting greenbelts throughout encourage wildlife to stay, keeping the natural balance of the area.

At the centerpiece is Oak Ford Golf Club, with three competitive nine hole courses designed by the world renowned architect Ron Garl.

Oak Ford is located off of Fruitville Road, 8 1/2 miles east of Interstate 75 in Sarasota, Florida. Just look for the signs.

Oak Ford Real Estate Update

We've seen pending sales up recently in our neighborhood which is good news! The recent inventory took 5 months to sell, which is about average in the market right now. Our average sales price in last 6 months (January to June 2010) is $344k, which averaged $112/per sq. ft. OakFord homes are pulling in 95% of the list price.
